We are a passionate building company, proud to create bespoke homes that cater to our individual client’s needs. Our team is led by registered Builder, Gavin Holden with over ’15 years’ experience.
We love working with like-minded people to deliver the highest attention to detail and integrity throughout all our projects.
We approach each build with a client focus to ensure that we deliver a project that reflects the unique tastes, styles, budget and preferences that our individual clients have. Our team enjoys a challenge and works persistently to solve a problem collaboratively.
Holcon Homes specialises in working closely with our clients on residential, commercial and sub-division building projects. Since the company was established in 2011 we have been working with a diverse range of clients. We understand the love and attachment individuals have when designing and developing their family home. We appreciate budget restraints and consider requirements clients have, including council and building regulations codes; experience from working on a variety of projects.
We believe in the need for eco-friendly building practices for our future and thrive off the innovation of producing sustainable homes.
We have experience in a range of tools and techniques to deliver buildings that are naturally comfortable, utilising techniques such as passive solar design, natural ventilation and thermal efficiency, to name just a few.
